Tips to Mitigate Anxiety and Trauma for Children, on Thrive Global.

As we're all struggling to cope with the shelter-in-place directives and the pandemic, I wanted to provide some tips for parents, caregivers, and educators to help support your kiddos (and THEMSELVES!) through this unprecedented traumatic time.
