Tips to Mitigate Anxiety and Trauma for Children, on Thrive Global.

As we're all struggling to cope with the shelter-in-place directives and the pandemic, I wanted to provide some tips for parents, caregivers, and educators to help support your kiddos (and THEMSELVES!) through this unprecedented traumatic time. Therefore, I would love for you to review this post I wrote on Thrive Global sharing trauma-informed parenting tips, also effective for educators dealing with trauma in the classroom, and simple strategies on how to be compassionate towards your youngsters and yourself.
